Overall : 6/10

Objectives : Successful
-Killing One boss
-Downing 1 Quarter

Done:
- 2 Quarters : Plague and Spiders
- All bosses in Military BUT 4 horsemen (didn’t had the group for it)

Good Points :
- We achieved the objectives
- Loot distribution went well (if we ignore that venomus rogue)
- Better gear for our members

Bad points :
- People didnt knew the strategies for bosses, even if the videos for them were on the forum.
- We didn’t had a full guild run.
- Our dps was low, we need higher dps if we intend to go further then Patchwerk. Please visit maxdps.com for spec for your class, or ask openly for Heroic dungeons to various Officers and Guild Leaders.
- The raid had 3 classes at some point: Pally, Druid, Warlock. We need more classes, for buff and not to waste Loot!

Solutions:
- Raiders need to check the various videos on the forum. If you encounter any issue or think we should had more videos, please whisper Shaundy
- Officers and Leaders need to invite specific class/role to fill the hole.
- Members need to go and vote on the forum for their raiding time (poll section)

Next raid objectives:
Downing 2 quarters: Plague and Spiders

The Leader words:
In the incoming weeks, we will be raiding on a weekly basis, thus consumables will be in high demand. I ask thee to check the forum and guild bank frequently and contribute in the best way you can to help us to continue giving various flasks and potions freely to the raid.

We expect to be self-sufficient (guild bank) in the incoming weeks, but for this transition, we need everyone’s help.

Also, it came to me that the ventrilo chat was very chaotic. Please listen to the raid leader and don’t try to speak over him.
